Will AI take over Humans? A question that I am sure has surpassed the "Who killed Bahubali?" debate.🙃 But let's face it.. In the world of AI, there are two types of people: those who leverage the power of AI and those who don't. And in this edition of Xeno Pulse, let us dig down and understand a day in the life of both: hashtag#newsletter hashtag#retail

By the time you read those three words, more than 10 Million prompts have been given to ChatGPT!

The future which tech-wizards like Steve Jobs, Mark Zuckerberg & Elon Musk have dreamt of, is already here. And we are living in it.đŸ€Ż

But don't worry, I'm not here to scare you with talk of robot overlords and dystopian futures.

Because let's face it, in the world of AI, there are two types of people: those who leverage the power of AI and those who don't. Let me give you a little example:

Meet Mukesh and Suresh.

They both have the same job and the same workload. However, Suresh is still using old-fashioned tools and methods, while Mukesh has embraced the power of AI.

Let’s look at a day in the life of both:

As the day progresses, Mukesh and Suresh interact with customers and continue to run their businesses:

As evening approaches, Mukesh and Suresh prepare to close up their shops for the day:

At the end of the day, both Suresh and Mukesh feel like they've had a successful day.

But little do they know, a group of aliens have been observing them all day, and are now thoroughly confused about the state of human technology!đŸ˜”

Now here’s the interesting part

  1. Mukesh saw a jump of 10% in his email open rates while Suresh didn’t. Why?
  2. The customer retention of the brand which Mukesh is a part of, increased by 1.5X, whereas Suresh’s brand is still making a plan. Why?
  3. Customers are happy, they feel gratified by the product recommendation that Mukesh sends them. Suresh? Oh, he still thinks ‘one-size-fits-all’. His Customers? Not Happy at all. Why?
