Nazif has a proven track record of success in developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns that have resulted in significant increases in customer loyalty and retention. He is also an expert in using marketing technology to drive customer engagement and improve the customer experience. In his previous role at House of Anita Dongre Limited, Nazif was responsible for leading the CRM marketing team. He successfully launched the brand's first loyalty program, which resulted in a significant increase in customer retention. He also developed and implemented a number of successful digital marketing campaigns that helped to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
